本文通过对一家科技型中小企业薪酬方案的整体设计,分析了当下中小企业主所面临的薪酬设计烦恼,阐述了绝大多数中小企业所追求的薪酬目标。本文有代表性地解决了部分科技型中小企业面临的薪酬困境,提出了中小企业薪酬设计的思路,给出了中小企业的薪酬设计方案,简单实用,具有很强实用应用价值,并对中小企业员工经常提出的三个困惑,提出解决方案和思路。

Through the design of the salary scheme for a small and medium-sized technical enterprise, this paper analyzes the salary troubles that the main small and medium-sized technical enterprises face at present, and gives out the salary targets expected by most small and medium-sized private enterprises. This paper resolves the salary dilemma faced by some small and medium-sized technical enterprises,puts forward the idea of the salary design, gives the salary design scheme which is simple and practical and has very strong practical application value, and gives solutions to three puzzles by the employees of small and medium-sized enterprises.
