槟榔具有重要的医用价值,随着社会不断发展,对槟榔的需求量也在不断增加。槟榔树的经济效益来源于槟榔果,而槟榔采摘机械的先进性直接影响槟榔产量以及生产效率。通过总结、槟榔采摘机械的发展历程和研究现状,有攀爬采摘、长杆采摘、机器采摘三个阶段,探讨目前槟榔采摘机械的局限性,指出研制新型槟榔采摘机械应实现由人工作业向智能机械化方向发展,才能提高采摘效率和槟榔优质产量,同时降低劳动强度以及事故发生率。

Areca has important medical value. With the continuous development of society, the demand for areca is also increasing.The economic benefits of areca are derived from areca fruit, and the advanced nature of areca picking machinery has a direct impact on areca＇s output and production efficiency. Through summing up the development process and research status of areca picking machinery,there are three stages of climbing picking, long pole picking and machine picking. This paper is to discuss the present limitation of areca picking machinery. It is pointed out that only by developing the new areca picking machinery from artificial operation to intelligent mechanization, can the picking efficiency and high quality areca production be improved, while the labor intensity and accident rate are reduced at the same time.
