摘要
叶片数、安装角和叶顶间隙等结构参数是影响风机的性能的主要因素,本文采用正交试验设计的方法对外径为450mm的外转子风机的风叶进行了结构参数优化,优化结果显示:优化目标为静压时,风机的静压值提升了8.8%;优化目标为效率时,风机模型比的效率提升了2个百分点。
The structural parameters such as the number of blades, installation angle and tip clearance are the main factors affecting the performance of the fan. In this paper, the structural parameters of the rotor blades of the outer rotor with an outer diameter of 450 mm are optimized by orthogonal test design. The optimization result shows that: when the optimization target is static pressure, the static pressure value of the fan is increased by 8.8%; when the optimization target is efficiency, the efficiency of the fan model ratio is increased by 2%.
