掺钢纤维的再生混凝土劈拉强度试验研究

摘要 选用水胶比为0.4、0.45、0.5,再生骨料取代率为0、40%、80%以及钢纤维体积掺量为0、1%、1.5%,对掺钢纤维的再生混凝土标准试块进行劈拉强度试验,以水胶比、再生骨料取代率、钢纤维体积掺量作为影响因素,进行了9组共计27个试块的劈拉试验。试验结果表明,再生骨料取代率再生混凝土的劈拉强度影响不显著,钢纤维的掺入改善了再生混凝土的力学性能,提高了再生混凝土的劈拉强度。 The splitting tensile strength test of recycled concrete standard block with steel fiber is carried out, with the water-binder ratio is 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 0, 40%, 80%, and the volume of steel fiber is 0, 1%, 1.5%. Taking the water-binder ratio, the replacement ratio of recycled aggregates and the volume of steel fiber as the influencing factors, the splitting tensile test of a total of 27 test blocks in 9 groups is carried out. The test results show that the effect of recycled aggregate replacement rate on the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete is not significant. The incorporation of steel fiber improves the mechanical properties of recycled concrete and improves the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete.
