泰安市围绕柴汶河"河长制"落实,以打造柴汶河两岸"产业经济带"为抓手,积极探索创新河道管护新机制,逐步走出了"政府引导、企业投入、市场运作、社会共治、以河养河"的"河长制"管理新路子,有效破解了河道建设管理投入模式单一、社会参与度低等瓶颈,为新形势下"河长制"落实提供了有益启示。
