高层住宅建筑火灾防治研究现状及评价体系 被引量:5

摘要 随着现在科学技术的发展,城市规模不断扩大,建筑用地也日益紧缺,为了解决用地问题,高层建筑也逐渐走进人们的视野,在我国,高层建筑更是有着无可取代的地位,另一方面,由于存在较大火灾风险隐患,从而导致高层建筑更容易发生火灾危险,本文介绍了高层住宅建筑火灾现状,分析了高层住宅建筑火灾防治现状并初步给出其风险评价指标体系。 With the development of science and technology, the city scale is expanding, and the construction land is becoming increasingly scarce. In order to solve the problem of land use, high-rise buildings have gradually come into people's vision. In China, highrise buildings have an irreplaceable position. On the other hand, because of the existence of a greater fire risk, high-rise buildings are more prone to fire hazards. This paper introduces the fire situation of high-rise residential buildings, analyzes the fire prevention and control status of high-rise residential buildings, and preliminarily gives its risk evaluation index system.
