摘要
新零售作为一种融入新技术、新理念的零售模式,有助于满足消费者购物习惯和深度消费体验。新零售背景下连锁超市积极转型构建智慧卖场对于提升整体竞争力具有重要意义。本文对新零售的特点内涵、传统超市存在的问题进行分析。以Y连锁超市为例进行了SWOT分析,提出了智慧卖场构建对策。
New retailing, as a kind of retailing mode which integrates new technology and new ideas, is helpful to satisfy consumers' shopping habits and deep consumption experience. Under the background of new retail, it is of great significance for chain supermarkets to actively transform and construct intelligent stores to enhance their overall competitiveness. This article analyzes the characteristics of new retail and the problems existing in traditional supermarkets. Taking Y chain supermarket as an example, SWOT analysis is carried out, and countermeasures for building smart stores are put forward.
