Since China＇s transition from a planned economy to a market economy, companies have faced increasingly fierce market competition. Therefore, in order to achieve long-term development goals, companies need to strengthen their internal management. Financial management is an effective measure to help enterprises achieve higher economic benefits, so financial management is an important part of corporate management. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of engineering fund management of the financial department of China＇s power supply company, and discusses measures to strengthen the project fund management of power supply enterprises, in order to improve the market competitiveness of power supply companies, power supply companies will be more adaptive to the reform of the power system and promote the development of the power supply sector.
