摘要
项目部结合徐州地铁6号线预留工程深基坑不能采用常规爆破开挖的特点,进行了对硬质岩石如何高效开挖且不能影响临近建(构)筑物进行了研究,并总结形成了超高压岩石分裂机硬质岩石开挖法。该工法不仅在安全及质量控制上达到了城市轨道交通工程验收的技术标准,而且提高了开挖效率,更重要的是对周围建筑物不产生不可逆破坏。
The project department combined with the characteristics that the deep foundation pit of the reserved project of Xuzhou Metro Line 6 can not use the conventional blasting excavation, and carried out research on how to excavate hard rock efficiently and can not affect the adjacent building(structure). The hard rock excavation method by ultra-high pressure rock splitter is formed. This method not only meets the technical standards for urban rail transit engineering acceptance in terms of safety and quality control, but also improves the efficiency of excavation. More importantly, it does not cause irreversible damage to surrounding buildings.
