摘要
基于株洲市天元区天泰家园工程项目,研究BIM技术在大学生毕业设计中的应用。采用GMT、revit、Magic-CAD进行结构、管道的建模,采用广联达系列图形算量软件(GGJ、GQI、GCL等)进行算量和三维视图查看、应用BIM审图进行碰撞分析检查、采用梦龙网络计划软件编制施工进度横道图,应用BIM5D对BIM系列软件进行协同应用,意在探索BIM技术是否可以应用于建筑工程本科毕业设计。研究发现,由于BIM技术对建筑设计的各方面高度协调能力,能最大限度地提高毕业设计小组成员的协同工作效率,使得真实复杂工程项目在毕业设计中实现成为可能。
Based on the Tiantai Homeland Project of Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City, the application of BIM technology in the graduation design of college students is studied. GMT, revit, Magic-CAD are used to model the structure and pipeline. The Guangdada series of graphical calculation software(GGJ, GQI, GCL, etc.) is used for calculation and 3 D view viewing, BIM review is applied for collision analysis and inspection and the Menglong network planning software is used to compile the construction progress cross-section map, and BIM5 D is applied for collaborative application of the BIM series software, which is intended to explore whether BIM technology can be applied to the building engineering undergraduate graduation design. The study finds that because BIM technology has a high degree of coordination on all aspects of architectural design, it can maximize the collaborative work efficiency of the graduation design team members, making real and complex engineering projects possible in the graduation design.
