摘要
本文依据《测量不确定度的评定与表示》、JJF1637-2017《廉金属热电偶校准规范》等有关技术文件对镍铬-镍硅热电偶的不确定度进行了评定。计量标准采用的是一等标准铂铑10-铂热电偶,按规范要求做了重复性实验,获得了有效的测量数据,计算出了测量重复性引入的标准不确定度,并把整个测量过程中能够引入不确定度的各个因素进行了一一分析,最后计算出合成不确定度,进而给出了扩展不确定度。
This paper evaluates the uncertainty of nickel-chromium-nickel silicon thermocouples based on the technical documents such as "Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty" and JJF1637-2017 "Corrosion Specifications for Cheap Metal Thermocouples". The measurement standard adopts the first-class standard platinum-iridium 10-platinum thermocouple. Repeated experiments are carried out according to the specifications. Effective measurement data have been obtained, and the standard uncertainty introduced by measurement repeatability is calculated, and the factors that can introduce the uncertainty in the whole measurement process are analyzed one by one, and finally the synthetic uncertainty is calculated, and then the extended uncertainty is given.
