摘要
针对某公司摊铺机生产过程中产能不足的问题,分析摊铺机的结构与装配关系。根据摊铺机各作业单元的作业时间和装配约束关系,绘制装配优先顺序图,计算装配线平衡率。建立数学模型对装配线平衡问题进行研究,通过Lingo软件进行求解,得到优化后的8个工位与各工位的作业单元分配结果,最终实现摊铺机装配线产能与装配线平衡率的提高。
The structure and assembly relationship of a paver are analyzed for the problem of insufficient production capacity in the production process of the paver. According to the working time and assembly constraint relationship of each working unit of the paver, an assembly priority map is drawn and the assembly line balance rate is calculated. The mathematical model is established to study the assembly line balance problem. The Lingo software is used to solve the problem. The optimized 8 work stations and the work unit assignment results of each station are obtained, and finally the paver assembly line capacity and the assembly line balance rate are improved.
