摘要
目的研究细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)联合加味二陈汤治疗化疗耐药晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和安全性。方法收集化疗耐药的晚期NSCLC脾虚痰湿证患者57例,分为治疗组(n=34)和对照组(n=23)。对照组给予CIK;治疗组经加味二陈汤治疗2 w后,联合CIK。比较两组无进展生存期(PFS)、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组和对照组中位PFS分别为3.8个月、2.9个月,生存质量改善率分别为58.82%、30.43%,组间比较均有显著差异(P <0.05)。治疗组未发现明显的药物副作用。结论 CIK细胞联合加味二陈汤治疗化疗耐药的晚期NSCLC,可延长患者生存期,提高生活质量,且安全性好。
Objective To study the effects and safety of eytokine-indueed killer (CIK) cells combined with Jiawei Erchen Decoction in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with chemotherapy resistance. Methods A total of 57 patients with advanced NSCLC with chemotherapy resistance complicated with syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency were collected and divided into a treatment group (u=34) and a control group (u=23). The control group was treated with CIK; and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Erchen Decoction for two weeks first, and then with CIK. The progression free survival (PFS), quality of life (QOL) and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Reaults The median PFS in the treatment group and the control group was 3.8 months and 2.9 months respectively, and the improvement rate of QOL was 58.82% and 30.43% respectively, showing significant difference (P 〈 0.05). No obvious side effects were found in the treatment group. Conclusion CIK cells combined with Jiawei Err'hen Decoction can prolong the survival time and improve QOL, and is highly safe in the treatment of advanced NSCLC with chemotherapy resistance.
