摘要
通过西藏自治区地震局"十五"项目所建设的应急指挥大厅为背景,介绍了通过西藏地震应急指挥能力建设项目,在原指挥大厅基础上,对各平台及技术系统进行了全面的升级改造,并实现其功能。
Based on the emergency command hall built by the tenth five - year plan project of the Earthquake Agency of Tibet Autonomous Region, it introduces the construction project of the Tibetan earthquake emergen- cy command ability, and on the basis of the original command hall, the various platforms and technical sys- tems are comprehensively upgraded and their functions are realized.
