In order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, this paper constructs the training mode of three-progressive working and learning alternation based on school basic processing training, enterprise social practice and internship. It analyzes the practical conditions, specific modes and management mechanisms in each stage of implementation to ensure the effective implementation of talent training.
