"双一流"大学建设的监测机制涉及"双一流"建设的目标、利益主体、监测方法与监测结果等,主要构成要素包括政府、高校、专家委员会和社会公众;评估标准要涵盖高校的基本职能,突出人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新等职能;评估指标体系要涉及人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新等职能,涵盖师资质量、雇主声誉等多个指标;评估方式要逐渐形成制度化机制与安排,以此推动"双一流"建设监测机制和评估标准的不断完善。

The monitoring mechanism for the construction of＂double-first-class＂universities involves the objectives,stakeholders,monitoring methods and monitoring results.
