高校人才培养是大学的基本职能之一,是高校跻身一流大学和一流学科行列的根本体现和重要抓手。在国家建设"双一流"的背景下,高校人才培养存在缺位的状况,体现在人才培养职能的边缘化、人才培养目标的趋同化、人才培养过程的市场化。培养一流人才是大学永恒的使命,在双一流建设中,"准确定位,强化一流人才培养职能;主动换位,打造一流人才培养特色;及时补位,做实一流人才培养过程"是实现高校人才培养提升进位的根本举措。

University talent training is one of its basic functions. It is a fundamental manifestation and an important starting point for them to develop into the first-class universities and first-class disciplines. Under the background of ＂two first-class＂national construction,there is shortage of position in the talent training in colleges and universities,which embodies the marginalization of the talent training function,the assimilation of the talent cultivation target and the marketization of the talent training process. Training first-class talents is the eternal mission of the colleges and universities. In the double first-class construction,many factors（ including positioning accurately,strengthening the first class talent training function; transposing initiatively,forming the first class talent training characteristics; covering timely,firming the first class talent training process） are the fundamental measures to realize the promotion of talent training in colleges and universities.
