摘要
高校毕业率是衡量高校人才培养合格水平的重要指标,是合格型质量观在高校人才培养质量中的具体表现。中美两国高校受社会文化观念、教育体制机制、质量保障体系、教育教学模式等因素的影响,其本科毕业率对人才培养质量评价的有效性呈现出明显的差异。深入认识这一差异,揭示其背后所隐含的复杂因素,对我国高校深化人才培养体系改革、提高人才培养质量具有重要的启示意义。
College graduation rate is an important index to measure the level of qualified personnel training in colleges and universities,and it is a concrete manifestation of that qualified quality concept in the university personnel training quality. However,many factors,such as social cultural conceptions,the operation of education system,quality guarantee system,teaching patterns,have driven Chinese and American universities,so that the undergraduate graduation rate,which has effectiveness in evaluation of talent cultivation quality,shows a significance difference. Understanding this difference in depth and revealing the complicated factors are of great significance for China to deepen the reform of the cultivation system of talents and improve the quality of talent training.
