新制度主义多元理论视野下的大学制度变迁研究

Study on the Changes of University Institutions from Pluralistic-theory Perspective of New Institutionalism

大学的变革都是以制度变迁的形式实现的,强调大学制度变迁的研究旨在解释和指导中国大学正在发生的改革进程。对大学制度变迁的研究不应只是进行简单的历史梳理和事件分析,而是需要立足于"大学制度变迁"这一独特的研究对象,构建起系统的分析框架。文章综合运用新制度主义三种分析范式的主要理论,在充分认识、厘清大学制度变迁内部结构,即变迁主体、变迁动力、变迁逻辑等的基础上对大学制度变迁的模式、维度、机制等进行深入分析,以期能够构建一个立足于大学制度变迁自身特点、秉持多元制度逻辑视角的分析框架,从而为全面深入地分析大学制度变迁奠定一个坚实的理论基础。

Any reform of a university would be realized in the change of its institution. Researches,who focuse on institutional change of universities,aim to give an interpretation and guidance to what is taking place in various universities in China. Researches on institutional changes of universities should focus on the unique object of＂institutional changes of universities＂so as to build an analytical framework systematically rather than solely keep eyes on tracing history and analyzing events. This paper attempts to make use of the main theories of the three analysis paradigms of new institutionalism,attempts to conduct in-depth analysis on the mode,dimension and mechanism of institutional changes in universities based on the full knowledge and understand of internal structure of institutional changes in universities,that is,the subject,impetus and logic of changes. It is expected to build an analytical framework while based on characteristics of institutional changes in universities under the logic perspective of multiple institutions. That is how it can lay a solid theoretical foundation to in-depth analysis of institutional changes in universities.
