学院治理是国内大学治理研究领域的前沿点,研究历程久远、成果颇丰。立足学院治理的"真语境""真问题",通过文献计量分析,依据"治理研究历程—谁参与治理—治理什么"的主要逻辑,反思学院治理的本土化研究,解读学院制、学院治理主体与治理内容。从宏观国际、中观政策、微观组织视野审视学院治理改革,正视新旧"行政化"的双重挑战,同现代大学制度建设相对接,平衡行政权力与学术权力。

Academic unit governance has been among the dominated frontiers of domestic university governance research,the related process is long and research achievements are plentiful. By bibliometrics analysis and in line with domestic university governance＇s＂real context＂and＂real question＂,under the logistic from ＂collegiate to governance body to governance content＂,the article reflects on academic unit governance localization. Academic unit governance reforms on macro-international,meso-policy and micro-organization angle should face new and inertia ＂administrativization＂challenges,the governance should be put into the process and contexts of construction modern university institutions and balance the relationship between administration powers and academic powers.
