摘要
高校教学评价是指对高校教学活动价值的一种判断,评判内容包括其现实和潜在价值。有效的教学评价既可以规范和引导教学活动、提升教学质量、促进学生发展,也能推动教学改革的进程,但是实际的教学评价工作却普遍受到人们的质疑。究其原因,主要是现行的教学评价已经脱离的教育发展的本质。对此,就需要在教学评价的理念、内容、方式等方面对其进行改善。
Teaching evaluation in colleges and universities refers to a judgment on the value of teaching activities,and the content of the evaluation includes its practical and potential values. Effective teaching evaluation can standardize and guide the teaching activities,improve the quality of teaching,promote the students' development,and promote the process of teaching reform. However,the practical teaching evaluation has generally been questioned. The main reason is that the current teaching evaluation has been divorced from the essence of educational development. In this regard,it is necessary to improve the concepts,contents and the ways of teaching evaluation.
