均衡思维下高校教师绩效评价的原则与方法

College Teacher Performance Evaluation Principles and Methods Under Balanced Thinking

高校教师是一个特殊群体,其绩效表现具有不可完全监控与测量性。当前,高校教师绩效评价的取向、主体愈趋多元,且评价内容更具复杂性,急需一套多主体相对合意的评价原则与方法,在宏观上给予高校教师绩效评价系统的设计与实施以指导。文章明晰了高校教师工作特殊性和绩效评价存在的问题,在均衡思维的视角下提出高校教师绩效评价的原则与方法。高校教师绩效评价应遵循战略性、发展性、系统性和多元化原则,在具体方法上要把握好总结性评价和发展性评价、学生评教和同行评价、重点角色和一般角色、定量评价和定性评价之间的"度",以期建立一个契合高校教师特点、发展性目的凸显、均衡多主体利益的绩效评价体系。

College faculties are a special group,whose performance is not fully monitorable and measurable. At present,the orientation and subject of college teachers＇ performance evaluation are more diversified,and the evaluation contenta are more complicated.It is imperative to provide a set of comparatively consistent performance evaluation principles and methods for multi-agents and offer guidance to the design and implementation of the evaluation system. Based on the clarification of the career particularity and existing problem,this paper puts forward the evaluation principles and methods based on balanced thinking. Performance evaluation should follow the principles of strategic,developmental,systematization and diversification. On the concrete methods,summative evaluation and evaluation,student and peer evaluation,key character and general character,quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation should be cleared,in order to establish a performance evaluation system which fits characteristics of university teachers.
