摘要
教师的实践性知识是其自身教育教学知识的重要组成部分,能够有效地指导和开展教育教学实践活动,是一种必不可少的教师知识。师范生作为未来从事教师行业人员的重要构成部分,在师范生教育的过程中,智育取向教育理念的弊端、内外教育指导机制和环境的缺失、狭隘的教师发展观和教育实践机会的不足,导致师范生的实践性知识存在很大程度的缺失。因此,应坚持实践取向,以教研促教学,在行动中反思,并重视日常积累,以此来促进师范生实践性知识的提升。
Teachers' practical knowledge is an important part of their own educational and teaching knowledge,which can guide and carry out the practical education and teaching activities effectively,and it is an indispensable teacher's knowledge. As an important component of teachers' professional personnel in the future,normal school students have some problems,the disadvantages of intellectual education orientation concept,the absence of internal and external educational guidance mechanism and environment in the process of normal school students' education,the narrow view of teachers' development and the lack of opportunities in educational practice,all leading to the lack of practical knowledge of normal school students to a great extent. Therefore,we should adhere to the practical orientation,promote teaching by teaching and research,reflect on it in action,and attach importance to the daily accumulation,so as to promote practical knowledge of the normal school students.
