摘要
针对小尺寸闭式过盈联接配合长度方向上装配压力呈大非线性分布这一问题,提出一种基于薄壳轴对称变形理论,并通过求解积分结合积分方程来实现装配压力解析的方法。该方法就小尺寸闭式过盈联接的简化模型,即一端固定的薄壁圆柱与刚性转轴过盈配合模型进行了求解,与有限元仿真结果具有较好的一致性。易于在高速微型机械的设计和应用上推广。
Contact pressure is stronger nonlinear along assembled length and hard to calculate in the interference fit with closed structure and micro dimension. A new method based on thin wall shell theory is presented to analyze the assembly pressure by solving integral equation. A simple model which is an assembly between thin wall cylinder with a fixed end and a rigid rotating shaft is solved. The results are compared with the results from ANSY,and in nice agreement. This method is easy to be applied on the design of the micro and high speed rotating machine.
