基于载荷重构理论下采煤机截割部行星架疲劳寿命分析 被引量:11

FATIGUE LIFE ANALYSIS OF PLANET CARRIER OF SHEARER CUTTING UNIT BASED ON LOAD RECONSTRUCTION THEORY

摘要 为研究采煤机截割部行星架在实际工况下的疲劳寿命情况,通过截割实验得到单个截齿三向力载荷,构建截齿三向力载荷重构函数,采用SOR法对重构函数进行求解,依据滚筒结构参数推演出截割部行星架的负载扭矩。运用Ansys workbench瞬态动力学对采煤机行星架进行动力学分析,并将得到的负载扭矩以时间序列的形式施加在行星架上,并将结果文件导入ncode中进行截割部行星架寿命预测,仿真结果表明:输出轴与侧壁板连接处寿命较小,说明此处几何尺寸变化较大,且存在应力集中现象,应作适当的打磨处理。 In order to study the fatigue life of the planet carrier in the actual working conditions,through the cutting experiment,the three-force loads was obtained,and the reconstruction function of the three-force load was established. The method of the SOR method was used to solve the reconstruction function. According to the roller structure parameters,the load torque of the planet carrier was performed. Using ANSYS Workbench transient dynamic analysis on the dynamics of the planet carrier,and the torque was loaded in the form of the time series to planet carrier,the results file to import ncode of planet carrier life prediction and simulation results show that: The service life of the output shaft and the side wall panel is small,which shows that the geometrical size of the output shaft is larger,and the stress concentration phenomenon exists.
