在不动产登记存量数据清理整合过程中,房屋和土地存量数据的清理整合是重点,也是难点。基于此,重点分析了武汉市不动产登记房屋和土地存量数据的现状和存在的问题,介绍了存量数据清理整合过程中形成的一套方法。

The cleaning and integration of housing and land stock data are the key and difficulty in the cleaning and integration of the real estate registration stock data. In this paper, based on the current situation and existing problems of the housing and land stock data of real estate registration in Wuhan, we introduced a set of methods in the the cleaning and integration process of the housing and land stock data.
