气相色谱法测定石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量

Determination of eucalyptol in Shiliu Jianwei Pian by gas chromatography

目的建立石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱(GC)法测定石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量,使用Inert Cap-WAX型毛细管柱(30.00 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),程序升温(起始温度100℃,保持6 min,然后以每分钟25℃升至230℃,保持4 min);采用氢火焰离子化检测器检测,检测温度250℃,进样口温度200℃,以高纯度氮气为载气。结果桉油精的回归方程为Y=1 364.478X-5 910.56,r=0.999 2(n=6),表明桉油精在9.05~180.98μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为99.69%,RSD为1.43%。结论该法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,经方法学验证,本法可用于石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量测定。

Objective To establish the measuring method for eucalyptol in Shiliu Jianwei Pian by gas chromatography（ GC）. Methods The GC method was applied to measure the eucalyptol content in Shiliu Jianwei Pian.Inert Cap-WAX column（ 30.00 m×0.32 mm,0.5 μm） was used to make temperature rise（ the initial temperature was 100 ℃,which should be remained for 6 minutes,then,make the temperature up to 230 ℃ at the speed of 25 ℃in each minute,which should be kept for 4 minutes）; and then,the flame ionization director was used to measure,the detection temperature was 250 ℃,the injection temperature was 200 ℃,and the nitrogen with high purity was used as a carrier and support gas. Results The regression equation of eucalyptol was Y = 1 364.478 X-5 910.56,r = 0.999 2（ n = 6）,which reflected that the eucalyptol within the range of 9.05 to 180.98 μg/m L had a good linearity,and the average recovery was 99.69%（ RSD = 1.43%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,special and reproducible,and it is proved by methodology that it can be used for the determination of eucalyptol in Shiliu Jianwei Pian.
