中药周期疗法治疗肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征所致月经不调40例临床观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of irregular menstruation caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome of kidney deficiency treated with TCM cycle therapy

目的观察中药周期疗法治疗肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致月经不调的临床疗效。方法将80例肾虚型PCOS所致月经不调患者随机分为2组,各40例。对照组单纯给予达英-35治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予中药周期疗法治疗,3个疗程后比较2组的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平,月经不调症状评分及不良反应发生率。结果与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后FSH、LH、T水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度更显著(P<0.05);与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后月经不调症状评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组降低程度更显著(P<0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率为5.0%,对照组为20.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药周期疗法可降低肾虚型PCOS所致月经不调患者的激素水平及月经不调症状评分,且不良反应小,值得在临床上广泛使用。

Objective To observe the effect of irregular menstruation caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome（ PCOS） of kidney deficiency treated with TCM cycle therapy. Methods 80 cases of irregular menstruation caused by PCOS of kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with a single dose of Diane-35. On this basis,the treatment group was given TCM cycle therapy. After 3 courses,levels of FSH,LH,and T,scores of TCM symptoms as well as adverse effects rate were observed and compared. Results FSH,LH,and T of two groups dropped noticeably after treatment,the difference before and after treatment for the same group was very significant（ P〈0.05）,but the reduction was more noticeable in the treatment group（ P〈0.05）; the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups reduced noticeably after treatment,the difference before and after treatment for the same group was significant（ P〈0. 01）,and the reduction was more obvious in treatment group（ P〈0.01）; the rate of adverse effects was 5.0% in treatment group and 20.0% in control group,and the difference had significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM cycle therapy can lower hormone and the scores of TCM symptoms of patients with irregular menstruation caused by PCOS of kidney deficiency effectively,and with few adverse effects,which is worthy of broader clinical promotion and application.
