电针对不同时辰胃经红外辐射轨迹的影响 被引量:1

Effect of electro-acupuncture on the infrared radiant track along meridian course of stomach meridian at different times

摘要 目的观察电针对不同时辰(胃经气血旺盛时与未盛时)胃经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM)的影响。方法应用TH9100红外热像仪,分别在辰时(胃经气血旺盛时)及非辰时(胃经气血未盛时)记录30例健康志愿者自然状态下的胃经IRRTM,并观察针刺对其的影响,比较分析2个时辰经脉线上平均温度的差异。结果自然状态下辰时与非辰时胃经线上平均温度、IRRTM比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);电针刺激足三里时,辰时胃经IRRTM变化明显,且胃经线上的平均温度低于电针前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺具有时间特异性,根据不同疾病的情况,尽量选择相应经络的旺时进行针灸,以期达到最佳的治疗效果。 Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture( EA) on the infrared radiant track along meridian course of stomach meridian( IRRTM) at different times( qi and blood exuberant hours as well as qi and blood downhill hour). Methods The TH9100 thermal infrared imager was applied to record the effects of IRRTM and acupuncture on 30 healthy volunteers in nature state at Chen Shi( qi and blood in stomach meridian are sufficient),and non-Chen Shi( qi and blood in stomach meridian are normal). And then,the differences of average temperature of meridians in these two periods were observed and compared. Results In nature state,the performances of average temperature in stomach meridian and IRRTM at Chen Shi and non-Chen Shi were no differences( P〈0.05); After EA at Zusanli( ST36),there was an obvious change on IRRTM at Chen Shi,and the average skin temperature of stomach meridian decreased after EA than that in nature state,differences had significance( P〈0.05).Conclusion Since acupuncture has different effects at different time,it is essential to select optimal time of meridians to treat,which can get the best curative effect.
