摘要
为了对福建省物流业与制造业的协调发展进行评价,从投入产出的角度出发,构建物流业自评系统、制造业自评系统和物流业与制造业互评系统指标体系,运用超效率数据包络分析(super efficiency data envelopment analysis,SE-DEA)的CCR模型对2007—2016年福建省制造业与物流业各自运作效率及联动发展效率进行测算。研究结果表明:福建省物流业与制造业之间具有相互影响力,协调发展有所成效;福建省物流业对制造业发展的带动作用大于制造业对物流业发展的带动作用,需要有效引导制造业主辅分离,释放制造业对物流服务的需求,同时不断完善物流服务功能和创新物流服务模式,以促进两业的协调发展。
In order to evaluate the coordinated development of logistics and manufacturing industries in Fujian Province, the index systems of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation in logistics and manufacturing industries are constructed based on the perspective of input and output. The SE-DEA-CCR model is used to estimate the operational efficiency between manufacturing industries and logistics ones in Fujian Province from 2007 to 2016. The research results show that the logistics and manufacturing industries in Fijian province have mutual influence, and the coordinated development is effective; at the same time, logistics industries play a more important role in promoting the development of manufacturing industries than manufacturing industries do in promoting the development of logistics industries in Fujian province, which indicates that it is necessary to effectively guide the manufacturing industry to separate, release the demand for logistics services, and constantly improve the logistics service function and innovative service mode in order to promote the coordinated development of the two industries.
