地铁项目建设过程后评估研究

摘要 针对地铁项目建设过程后评估问题,在考虑地铁项目建设过程多种因素影响的基础上,结合地铁的特点,分别构建综合测度一级评估指标体系和二级评估指标体系,并用强弱准则对评估指标进行有效性检验。利用定量分析为主、定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,建立地铁项目建设后评价的模糊物元模型。基于生命周期视角,结合实例进行计算。 Aimed at the post-evaluation of the urban-rail-transit construction process, on the basis of considering many influential factors in the construction process of subway project and in combination with the characteristics of subway itself, the first-level evaluation index system and the second-level evaluation index system of comprehensive measure are established respectively, and the validity of the evaluation indexes is tested by strong and weak criteria. Based on the method of quantitative analysis as its main goal and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the fuzzy matter-element model of the post evaluation of subway project is established. Finally, according to the perspective of life cycle, the calculation is carried out with the example.
