摘要
文章阐述了MARK点识别的具体流程,重点说明图像处理过程,针对数控切割机仅需识别MARK点圆轮廓的需求以及图像前后景对比明显的特征,通过对比分析各种算法的优劣,选取OTSU法作为阈值分割算法,接着根据OTSU算法原理简述程序设计思路,最后组合选取不同种类,不同颜色,不同反光程度的一百种实验对象进行实验,分析实验得出的结论,验证了该算法在实际应用中的可行性。
In this paper, the specific process of MARK point recognition is described, in which the process of image processing is mainly described. In view of the recognition requirements of the nc cutter only to identify MARK point circle contour and the obvious features of contrast between front and back images, OTSU method is selected as the threshold segmentation algorithm after comparison and analysis.Then, according to the OTSU algorithm, the program design idea was briefly introduced. Finally, 100 experimental objects with different roughness, color and reflective degree were selected for the experiment, and the conclusion of the experiment was analyzed, which verified the feasibility of the algorithm.
