摘要
以Et_3NHCl-AlCl_3离子液体为催化剂,二苯醚和1-十二烯为原料合成双烷基二苯醚。通过正交实验,得到双烷基化反应的最优工艺条件为:催化剂用量1/20,反应温度70℃,反应时间1h。改变该类离子液体的阳离子和阴离子部分结构,研究了催化剂结构对其催化性能的影响。结果表明:该类离子液体催化剂的催化活性主要由阴离子部分的结构决定,最优的催化剂为EtNH_3Cl-AlCl_3,转化率高达98.1%,双烷基二苯醚的选择性为33.7%。
Dialkylated diphenyl ether disulfonate is an excellent gemini surfactant, which is widely used in many fields including daily chemical, material and oil recovery. Dialkylated diphenyl ether is an important intermediate in the synthesis process of Dialkylated diphenyl ether disulfonate. Et3NHCl-AlCl3 ionic liquid was used to catalyze the alkylation of diphenyl ether with 1-dodecene to synthesize di-dodecyl diphenyl ether. The optimal conditions of alkylation reaction by the orthogonal experimental method were catalyst dosage 1/20, reaction temperature 70℃ and time 1h. In addition, the influence of catalyst structure on its catalytic activity were investigated by changing the structure of the cation and anionic part of ionic liquids. The results showed the catalytic activity was determined by the structure of anion. The best catalyst was EtNH3Cl-AlCl3, the conversion of diphenyl ether reached 98.1% and the selectivity was 33.7%.
