摘要
在以市场需求为随机变量,由零售商支付物流服务费用的情况下,根据Stackelberg博弈模型的引导,考虑鲜活农产品的实体与价值两者损耗,同时结合利益共享契约,协调生产商发挥主导作用的两极供应链体系。通过数值模拟证明,利用盈利共享与成本共担契约,生产商将产品以低价销售给零售商,收益由两者共享,在此契约条件下可引导生产商参与供应链的决策活动。建立鲜活农产品供应链信息交互平台以及合理的利益分配机制,对促进两极供应链协调机制的顺利运行起重要作用。
This paper focuses on the coordination mechanism of a bipolar supply chain system in which marketdemand is used as random variable, the cost of logistics service is paid by the retailer, the loss of the entity andvalue of fresh agricultural products is taken into consideration according to the guidance of the Stackelberg gamemodel, and the producer plays a leading role based on the benefit-sharing contract. A numerical simulation showsthat the producer will sell his product to the retailer at a low price and share the profit with him or her according tothe profit sharing and cost sharing contract and in such a contract condition the producer can be guided toparticipate in the decision-making of supply chain. An information communication platform for the supply chain offresh agricultural products and a reasonable benefit-distribution mechanism should be constructed for the smoothoperation of the coordination mechanism of this bipolar supply chain.
