摘要 通过对高等学校产学研用合作培养运行机制的系统研究,使得高等教育能够摆脱象牙塔式教育的束缚。只有高等学校与社会企事业单位密切合作,高等学校的知识理论更新速度才会更快,学科专业设置与发展才会更趋合理化。高等学校只有具备创新能力强的师资队伍,并且采用先进的教学理念和教学模式并应用到整个教学过程中,所培养的专业人才能够满足社会不断发展的新要求。通过高等学校与社会企事业单位开展产学研用合作培养人才运行机制的构建,使社会企事业单位由单纯的用人单位转变为联合培养单位,双方需要共同组织管理、共同实施培养育人的过程,进一步保证高等学校与社会企事业单位联合培养人才工作的顺畅执行。解决了高等学校与社会企事业单位合作普遍存在的企事业单位积极性不高、规模难以扩大和合作难以持久的困局。实现高等学校与社会企事业单位的优势互补、互惠互利和互相依存,满足当前新形势下市场竞争中共谋发展的长期方针与举措。高等学校真正培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。 This paper focuses on the operation mechanism in which colleges and universities cultivate talents in acooperative way in the aspects of production, teaching, research and application in order to rid the institutes ofhigher learning of the traditional Ivory Tower education. Only when colleges and universities cooperate with publicinstitutions and enterprises can the knowledge and theories the schools teach students be updated more rapidly andtheir subjects and specialties be set and developed more reasonably. Colleges and universities should employinnovative teaching staff and adopt advanced educational theories and teaching modes. Only in this way can thetalents they cultivate face up to the challenges posed by social development. The establishment of a school-enterprise cooperative talent cultivation mechanism could help enterprises to change themselves from a laboremployer to a talent cultivator. Institutes of higher learning and enterprises should organize, manage and implementthe educational process together to ensure the smoothness of cooperation. Such a mechanism would help strengthenenterprises' enthusiasm for cooperation and scale up the school-enterprise cooperation, and ensure that schools andindustries enjoy complementary advantages and benefit and rely on each other. Also, it could function as both along-term strategy for cooperation in market economy and an important way to cultivate socialist builders who arefully developed in morality, intelligence, health, aesthetics and labor.
