党的十九大报告对人类命运共同体思想进行高度凝练和概括,主要体现在将人类命运共同体思想内涵的核心概括为建设持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的世界;将坚持走和平发展道路,推动构建人类命运共同体作为中国外交的顶层设计,将构建人类命运共同体思想上升到国家战略层面;提出共商共建共享的全球治理观,回答了"谁来治理""怎样治理"和"为什么治理"的重大问题,具有鲜明的时代意义和重大的实践意义。

The idea of the Community of Common Destiny for All Mankind is highly compacted and generalized inthe report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Such a compactness and generalization ismainly embodied as generalizing the core of the ideological connotation of the Community of Common Destiny of AllMankind as building a world of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness and inclusiveness,and cleanness and beauty; treating it as the top-level design of China＇s diplomacy taking the road of peacefuldevelopment and pushing forward the building of the Community of Common Destiny for All Mankind; promoting theidea of constructing the Community of Common Destiny for All Mankind to the level of national strategy; puttingforward the global governance concept of common consultation, common building and common sharing; andanswering the significant questions of ＂Who governs the globe？＂, ＂Why is the globe governed？＂ and ＂How is theglobe governed？＂. For these reasons the 19th Party Congress report is of distinct epochal significance and greatpractical significance.
