无人机低空摄影测量在河长制实施中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 准确的河道信息数据是制定河长制工作方案的基础,无人机低空摄影测量可快速获取高分辨率的影像数据,有助于促进河长制工作进程的加快。利用无人机航测技术获取宁夏吴忠市红寺堡区清水河流域影像数据,运用Pix4Dmapper将无人机拍摄影像转换成测绘区域数字正射影像(DOM)和数字高程模型(DEM);再利用Global Mapper与ArcGIS分析得到河道比降与流域面积,以明确所在区域各河长的权责。无人机低空摄影测量技术可获取高精度河道地形数据,节省测量所需人力、物力、财力,对快速掌握最新河道信息和河长制方案实施具有重要意义。 Accurate river channel intformation is the basis for the work plan of river chief system Unmanned air vehicle, UAV photography can be used to obtain high resolution images and accelerate work process of river chief management. The Qingshui river in Hongsipu district of Wuzhong cityin Ningxia is selected to carry out this study. Watershed image data is obtained by UAV aerial photography. The image data is converted into digital orthogonal model, DOM and digital elevation model, DEM by using Pix4Dmapper. Global Mapper and AreGIS are used to analyze the specific river drop and river basin area. Then the rights and responsibilities of river chiefs are clarified. UAV photogrammetrie technology is proved useful and helpful to obtain high precision river channel data and save measmement required manpower, material, and financial resources. It is great significant to master the latest river information for river chiefs.
