To solve the equipment failure that the increased vibration of the chilling water pump, a troubleshooting methodology is used to analyze the problems during the process of pump body maintenance. Finally the vibration failure cause of the chilling water pump was found out and effective treatment measures were implemented. At the same time, the paper introduces the causes and treatment measures of vibration in chilling water pump.
