摘要
数控机床具有自动化程度高、精度高、系统复杂及难以维护保养等特点,针对宁夏大学工程训练中心数控机床种类多、维护及保养规则繁杂、故障率高、利用率较低等问题,在分析数控机床常见故障的基础上,总结了数控机床常见故障的排除方法。这些方法可提高数控机床的使用率、节约成本,并可为其他高校数控机床的故障诊断及维护提供参考。
The CNC equipment has high degree of automation,high precision,system complexity and difficulty in maintenance and other characteristics. According to the problems of complicated maintenance and rules,high failure rate and high utilization rate in many types of numerical control equipment in experimental and training center of engineer of Ningxia University, this paper summarizes the troubleshooting methods based on the analysis of common faults of CNC equipment. The research of this paper can improve the utilization rate and saving cost of CNC machine tools in experimental and training center of engineer of Ningxia University. It also provides reference for fault diagnosis and maintenance of CNC machine tools in other universities.
