玉米淀粉-聚乙烯醇抗菌包装薄膜的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用玉米淀粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、甘油制备复合包装薄膜,将不同质量浓度的纳他霉素溶液喷涂于薄膜表面。对该薄膜的机械性能、透气性能及抑菌性能进行测定。在薄膜表面涂布纳他霉素可以提高薄膜的机械性能和透气性能,并且抑菌性能也显著提升,但其断裂伸长率和透湿性能无显著变化。结果表明,配比为玉米淀粉6.5%(W/V),PVA 5.5%(W/V),甘油4%(V/V)的包装薄膜上喷涂质量浓度为0.3 g/mL的纳他霉素溶液(10 mL/m^2)所得的抑菌包装薄膜具有较好的机械性能和抑菌性能。 Corn starch, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and glycerin were used to prepare composite packaging films, and different concentrations of natamycin solution were sprayed on the surface of the fihn. Measure the mechanical properties, air perme ability and bacteriostafic properties of the fihn. The coating of natamycin on the surface of the film can improve the mechanical properties and breathability of the film, and the antibacterial performance of the material was significantly improved, but its tensile elongation and moisture permeability were not significantly changed. The resuhs showed that a natamycin solution with a spray concentration of 0.3 g/mL (10 mL/m2) on a packaging fihn containing 6.5% (W/V) corn starch, 5.5% (W/V) PVA, and 4% (V/V) glycerin. The antibacterial packaging fihn had better mechanical properties and antibacterial properties.
