摘要
随着茶叶市场的繁荣,由于茶叶领域方面的生产不规范,缺乏标准化生产流程,茶叶质量安全监管存在薄弱环节。我国在2000年就开始茶叶全程质量控制,综述了我国茶叶质量安全现状,根据现状提出相应的对策,以提升我国茶叶质量安全水平,保护消费者的利益,推进茶叶产业的持续发展。
Along with the progress of modern cilvilization, the role of tea in heahh care has been more and more valued by thegeneral public. With the prosperity of the tea market, and tor the non-standard production in the tea field and lacking of stan-dardized production processes, there are weak points in the supervision of tea quality and satety. In 2000, China has thewhole process of quality control of tea. This article summarized the current situation of tea quality and satety in China, and puttorward corresponding countermeasures according to the current situation, in order to improve the quality and satety level of teain China, and protect the interests of consumers, and promote the sustained development of tea industry.
