摘要
以实际应用为目的,基于高校通用教材《食品毒理学》,设计合理的毒理学实验项目,激发学生学习主动性,增加学生实践动手能力和创新协作素养,提高高校"食品毒理学"教学质量。
Based on the practical purposes and general teaching material of university Food Toxicology, designed a reasonabletoxicology experiment project to motivate the learning initiative of students, to increase attainment of students' practical ability-and cooperation, and ultimately to improve the teaching quality of Food Toxicology experiments.
