摘要
以安川MS165工业机器人为研究对象,分析了工业机器人上下料系统的组成与工艺流程,并对其机械结构与控制系统的设计进行了介绍,给出了控制系统电气原理图与部分控制程序梯形图。产品预加工显示,所设计的工业机器人自动上下料控制系统运行情况良好,可以提高生产效率。
Taking the Yasukawa MS165 industrial robot as the object for study, the composition and process flow of the loading and unloading system for industrial robot were analyzed. The design of its mechanical structure and control system was introduced, and the electrical schematic diagram of the control system and the ladder diagram of partial control programs were given. Pre-processing results of the products show that the designed automatic loading and unloading control system for industrial robot presents sound operations with increased production efficiency.
