摘要
针对车用电子元件进行随机振动耐久性测试,进而分析车用电子元件接脚在随机振动环境下的寿命,得到电容接脚与电阻接脚的理论计算寿命与试验寿命。针对随机振动环境,提出了延长车用电子元件寿命的两种措施。
Random vibration endurance test was performed on the automotive electronic components to analyze the life of the automotive electronic component pins in a random vibration environment and obtain the theoretical calculation and test life of the capacitor pins and resistor pins. For random vibration environments, two measures had been proposed to extend the life of automotive electronic components.
