摘要
分析了光纤生产中的主要能耗,确认光纤拉丝系统中可以相互利用的能源,进行了散热量与吸热量的相关计算,进而开发了光纤拉丝能源综合利用系统。介绍了光纤拉丝能源综合利用系统的组成,以及配套的微机控制系统。这一系统能够满足生产工艺要求,实现能源的综合利用。
The main energy consumption in optical fiber production was analyzed to confirm the interavailable energy source that could be used in the optical fiber drawing system while performing correlation calculation of the heat dissipating capacity and the heat absorption capacity, and in addition, a comprehensive energy utilization system for optical fiber drawing was developed. The composition of the comprehensive energy utilization system for optical fiber drawing and the self-contained microcomputer control system were introduced. This system can satisfy the requirements for production processes and realize the comprehensive utilization of the energy source.
