槽体几何形状对大型搅拌槽内部流场影响的研究

摘要 应用Fluent 15.0软件对大型搅拌槽内部流场进行数值模拟,研究槽体几何形状对搅拌槽内部流场的影响。研究结果表明,槽体几何形状改进后,对搅拌槽中心区域的矿浆流动起到了较好的导流作用,提高了矿浆的流动速度,使垂直中心区域的矿浆体积分数有所提高。研究结果可以为大型搅拌槽的设计和改进提供参考。 Fluent 15.0 software was used to simulate the internal flow field of a large agitating tank and investigate the influence of tank geometry on the flow field inside the agitating tank. The results show that the improved geometry of the tank body plays a good role in guiding the slurry flow in the central zone of the agitating tank, increasing the flow rate of the slurry and increasing the volume fraction of ore slurry in the central zone at the vertical plane. The findings can provide reference for the design and improvement of large agitating tank.
