摘要
论述了常见的齿轮故障类型,对齿轮振动机理与常见齿轮故障的振动特性进行了分析,并对齿轮故障诊断测试中用到的诊断系统各模块进行了介绍。通过正常齿轮测试与故障齿轮测试进行对比,确认了所采用的故障齿轮测试方法的可行性。
The common types of gear faults were discussed. The vibration performance of the gear vibration mechanism and common gear faults were analyzed. The modules of the diagnostic system used in the gear fault diagnosis test were introduced. By comparing the normal gear test with the faulty gear test, the feasibility of the adopted test method for gear fault was confirmed.
