农业科研单位固定资产管理存在问题及建议

Problems and Suggestions in Fixed Asset Management of Agricultural Scientific Research Units

随着国家对农业科研支持力度的不断加大,农业科研单位形成的固定资产急剧增加。农业科研单位的正常运转、各项科研任务的顺利完成以及科研事业的稳步推进都是以固定资产为物质保障。因此当前形势下,建立一套高效规范的固定资产管理体制显得尤为重要。阐述了农业科研单位的固定资产的特点、管理中存在的问题,并结合现状有针对性地提出相应建议。

With the increasing support for agricultural research, the fixed assets of agricultural scientific research units enhanced sharply. Fixed asset was the material guarantee of the normal operation of agricultural scientific research units, the successfully accomplishment of all research tasks and the steady progress in scientific research. Under the current situation, it was important to establish a high-efficient and standard system for fixed asset management. In this research, we elaborated the characteristics of fixed asset in agricultural scientific research units, as well as problems existing in management. The corresponding suggestions were put forward based on the current situations.
