The Management of State-owned Assets in Agricultural Research Institutions

随着我国国有资产管理体制改革的逐步深入,其管理问题日益受到关注。分析了农业科研单位国有资产管理存在管理意识淡薄、缺乏合理有效的监督机制,资产闲置、无形资产管理滞后等问题,提出了加强农业科研单位国有资产管理的措施,旨在提高国有资产的使用效率,保障和促进各项事业顺利发展。

With the deepening of state-owned asset management system reform, the management issues for state-owned asset have received great attention. This paper analyzed some problems,such as the weak management awareness, lack of reasonable and effective supervision mechanism, idle assets, lagging for assets management, and so on, and put forward the measures to strengthen the management of state-owned assets in agricultural sciencific research institutions, in order to improve the using efficiency of the state-owned assets, and ensure the smooth development of various undertakings.
