为了减轻科研人员在经费使用和管理中的负担,国家出台了系列政策,结合建设科研财务助理制度的必要性,从科研财务助理岗位的设置、薪酬来源、职责定位以及培训等方面提出建议。

In order to alleviate the burden on researchers in the use and management of funds, our country has issued a series of policies. Combined with the necessity of constructing the financial assistant system of scientific research, this paper put forward some suggestions from the following aspects： the establishment of the post, the source of salary, the position of responsibility, the training of skills, and so on.
